Bridal Expert System: Optimizing Wedding Service Procedures Using Certainty Factor Method

The Population Control and Family Planning Office (PPKB) has created an examination program for prospective brides to see the risks to the bride in order to prevent stunting. The agency collaborated with several agencies to conduct post-wedding examinations of prospective brides. This examination includes several criteria, including the bride's age, psychological tests.physical tests (physical, HIV / AIDS, diabetes, hypertension, and other diseases), and drug tests. The CF (Certainty Factor) method determines the certainty value in developing expert systems. The CF method architecture comprises several data points, such as disease symptom data, disease type data, and expert weighting values for each disease symptom. The used symptom data consisted of 92 symptoms and 21 types of diseases. Experts build and train models using their knowledge and weights to assess the probability of a bride. We manually calculated the model's test results using the CF algorithm. The expert diagnosis (Doctor, Psychologist, BNN) yielded identical diagnostic results for 18 out of the 20 prospective bride data points. Thus, the accuracy of applying the expert system for examining prospective brides based on the CF Method reaches 90%. Users find convenience in the web-based and mobile implementation of the prospective bride expert system.
