Design and Implementation of IoT-Based Vehicle Over Speed Detection and Alert System on Highways

This research focuses on developing an innovative system for detecting and preventing speeding on roadways. The system utilizes infrared sensors to accurately measure vehicle speeds and generate realtime alerts when speed limits are exceeded. The proposed system incorporates an LCD display to provide real-time speed information to drivers and traffic enforcement officers. By effectively monitoring and regulating vehicle speeds, this system aims to enhance road safety, reduce accidents, and improve traffic flow.
