Advancing Aircraft Manufacturing Technology through Computer Innovations

In the rapidly evolving aerospace industry, AI plays a pivotal role in optimizing aircraft manufacturing processes to meet increasing demands for performance, sustainability, and cost efficiency. This study conducts a rigorous analysis of critical technologies that significantly influence modern aircraft production. We assess the impact of composite materials, specifically carbon fiber-reinforced polymers (CFRP), on reducing aircraft weight and enhancing fuel efficiency. Our research quantifies how automation technologies improve production accuracy, reduce costs, and minimize human errors. We also validate the effectiveness of digital twin technologies in real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and process optimization using mathematical models. Furthermore, we investigate the adoption of green production practices, such as renewable energy usage, material recycling, and lifecycle assessments. Our findings demonstrate that these integrated technologies not only streamline production and lower operating costs but also decrease fuel consumption, thereby adhering to stringent international environmental standards.
