Intelligent recovery method for missing microgrid power data considering metering equipment failure

Power quality issues such as harmonics and voltage shifts caused by renewable energy access in AC microgrid (MG) systems lead to metering errors and power losses. The paper proposes an intelligent compensation algorithm based on the standard particle swarm algorithm (SPSO) and DBN network for solving the power metering error problem in MG. Firstly, an intelligent power calculation method for wind, light and storage nodes in AC MG based on power loss compensation is proposed to improve the accuracy of power metering. Secondly, A model combining standard particle swarm algorithm (SPSO) and deep belief network (DBN) is used to construct the SPSO-DBN model to realize real-time intelligent compensation of power by learning historical grid data and raw data signals. Finally, experimental results the SPSO-DBN method effectively improves the accuracy of power deficit compensation and ensure the feasibility of power metering compensation after micro source faults in AC MG systems.
