Research and Design of Centralized Management System for Rail Transit Batteries

In order to improve the maintenance efficiency and reliability of rail transit batteries, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure the safety and stability of the rail transit system, this paper analyzes the existing battery management system and identifies the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing battery management system for urban rail transit batteries, this paper specially developed a centralized management system for storage batteries. With a new design concept, this paper concentrated on detecting the capacity, internal resistance, temperature and other parameters of the single battery in the storage battery pack, correctly predicting the performance of the storage battery pack, automatically regulating and controlling each single battery in the storage battery pack, preventing the overcharge and undercharge of the single battery, greatly extending the service life of the storage battery pack, and improving the reliability and performance of the online storage battery pack. The battery data is transmitted wirelessly, with high real-time data, high system safety performance, high efficiency, and low cost. The research results of this paper greatly improve the maintenance efficiency and reliability of rail transit batteries, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure the safety and stability of the rail transit system.
