Data Security Protection Technology for Power Terminal Devices Based on Security Chips

This paper addresses the communication security protection issue between edge-layer devices and the master station in digital power grids. A secure communication module based on the national cryptography standards (GM standards) IPSec VPN is designed for edge-layer devices. This module enables communication between edge devices and the master station, filters terminal data, and processes the data according to predefined policies, preventing unauthorized data from entering the tunnel. It effectively reduces the risk of attacks on the master station network.
