Analysis of friction force formation mechanism under sliding-rolling composite motion

Upon meticulous examination of the sliding-rolling composite motion in the Planetary Roller Screw Mechanism (PRSM), an analytical model has been devised that integrates the diverse friction forces: those stemming from self -spinning sliding, elastic hysteresis, differential sliding, and the viscosity of the lubricating grease. This refined model offers a comprehensive understanding of the intricate interplay of these factors.The formation mechanisms of the friction force caused by various factors have been analyzed. The influence of operating parameters and structural parameters on friction torque has been analyzed. This provides theoretical support for the optimized design of the structural parameters of PRSMs.
