Simulation and analysis of speed current double closed-loop DC speed regulation system based on MATLAB

The speed current double closed-loop direct current (DC) speed regulation system is a widely used DC speed regulation system, which has the advantages of a wide speed regulation range, good stability, and high precision. Under the condition of meeting the performance requirements of all aspects, the design scheme of current code type 1 and speed code type 2 under the valve-motor (V-M) system is adopted, and the three-phase full-control bridge rectifier circuit is used as a user port function (UPE) to act as the control loop. Under the simulation of MATLAB, the double closed-loop system of current type 1 and speed type 2 obtained by the V-M system meets the requirements, and the results are successfully verified. The potential significance of studying the speed current double closed-loop DC speed regulation system is to achieve compatibility with a wide speed regulation range, high stability, and high precision, which can meet the high requirements of precision manufacturing, aerospace, and other fields. With the development of industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing, the results of this study are expected to have value in more fields such as industrial production, vehicles, and ships.
