Research on modular automated testing technology for integrated electromechanical management system

To meet the testing requirements of large-scale aircraft integrated electromechanical management system (IEMS), a modular automated testing method is proposed. This method employs automated connection, automated testing, and automated time synchronization operations, and introduces an automatic comparison mechanism between expected and actual test results, thereby reducing the workload of testing and enhancing the quality of the tests, while ensuring the synchronization of the testing process. In practical testing, this method does not require deep involvement from electromechanical system professionals, requiring only a small number of test environment maintenance personnel. Additionally, for similar-scale test cases, this method significantly shortens the testing time and supports quick adaptive modifications to suit similar aircraft systems.
