Stability analysis of signalizer differential pressure indication

This paper carries out an in-depth study on the problem of unstable differential pressure results in high temperature environment for the signaler that detects the blockage of engine hydraulic system, which seriously affects the performance and safety of the machine. According to the structural principle and structural parameters of the signaler to establish the overall static mathematical model, analyze different temperatures on the friction, spring force and other properties of the influence of the law. Using the test data to derive the results of the differential pressure of the signaler, and analyze the reasons for the instability of the differential pressure results of the signaler. Optimization measures are proposed for the unstable factors affecting the differential pressure indication of the signaler, and the optimization measures are theoretically verified, and the theoretical results reach the permissible differential pressure range of the signaler.
