Structural parameter optimization design of planetary roller screw pair based on genetic algorithm

Firstly, the basic relationship of structural parameters of planetary roller screw mechanism was analyzed. Secondly, the gear pair parameters were optimized and the genetic optimization algorithm was introduced. The genetic algorithm optimization model was established, including design variables, fitness function, and constraint function, and the genetic optimization algorithm was solved. Finally, based on MATLAB, the gear backlash coefficient of a certain planetary roller screw mechanism was optimized using the genetic optimization method.
