Technology foresight research of key technologies for collaborative development of Hainan Port Cluster

Technology foresight is a tool for strategic management and planning of science, technology and economy.Technology foresight allows for a methodical exploration of long-term development in order to identify key areas of development and emerging technologies that will yield the greatest benefits. In order to promote the collaborative development of Hainan Port Cluster, combined with the current technology application situation, this study designed a technology foresight method combining Delphi method and hierarchical clustering analysis. The key technologies foresight research of the collaborative development of Hainan Port Cluster is carried out. The result identifies the key generic technologies for the collaborative development of Hainan Port Cluster, and analyzes the development level and constraints. According to the survey results, the technologies roadmap of Hainan Port Cluster collaborative development is drawn. It has provided systematic support for the construction of smart ports and the joint construction of ports and cities in Hainan Province.
