STEM education is crucial for the development of modern societies. In today's dynamic world, STEM skills are increasingly necessary for a successful career in various fields. The purpose of this study is to analyse the current trends and good practices in the application of innovative methods and technologies in STEM education. Modern trends in STEM education are studied and analysed, good practices in the application of innovative methods and technologies in STEM education are identified and described. A comparative analysis of the applied good practices in Bulgaria and the world is made. Recommendations for improving STEM education have been developed. The results of this research will be useful for teachers, principals, methodologists., parents, and other stakeholders seeking to improve learning.
