E-Mail Marketing Management and Automation System

The email marketing management system constitutes a critical component of strategic marketing frameworks across diverse institutional settings. This thesis elaborates on the development of such a system, with a focus on enhancing the web interface's intuitiveness and the overall functionality quality, thereby distinctly setting it apart from current market offerings. An extensive analysis of existing solutions preceded the design phase of the web application, and insights derived from this analysis were integrated into the application's design strategy. The system includes a sophisticated editor for crafting email campaigns, engineered to meet the complex visual demands of users. The implemented system features a streamlined interface for efficient segmentation and contact management, facilitating targeted email campaign initiatives. Within the system, two distinct user roles are established: users and administrators, with the latter granted comprehensive system configuration rights. Throughout its development, prioritizing the security of the web application was paramount. The system is deployed at the University Science Park Technicom, where it operates as an integral tool in the email marketing strategy, providing extensive utility across various applications.
