Design and Implementation of High-Power Density Phase-Shifted Full Bridge DC-DC Converter

In this study, the design and performance of a 2.5 kW full-bridge phase-shifted PWM DC-DC converter are examined. The converter operates at a switching frequency of 100 kHz, providing an output voltage of 250Vand an output current of 10A. Digital control is implemented through a microcontroller, allowing precise adjustment of the output voltage and current. High efficiency and low losses are achieved through soft-switching (SS) techniques. The circuit features both constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) control modes, making it suitable for various applications. The high switching frequency offers size and cost advantages, while also enhancing the reliability and performance of the circuit. This design provides an efficient and flexible solution for high-power power electronics applications.
