Sustainable Cultivation Method of College Student Innovation Teams Based on Knowledge Graph

With the rise of innovation and entrepreneurship education, cultivating college student innovation teams has gained significant attention. Traditional methods face challenges such as information silos, dispersed resources, and inadequate personalized guidance, limiting their effectiveness. This paper proposes a novel cultivation method based on a knowledge graph model for these teams. By utilizing knowledge graph technology, we can model and connect team members, required knowledge, and available resources, facilitating knowledge sharing and communication. In-depth analysis of team members' skills and interests allows for personalized guidance and training. We established a comprehensive knowledge graph incorporating business models, professional knowledge, laws, training, and sustainable development. Two college innovation teams were formed, using both knowledge graph-based and traditional methods for comparison. Results from actual innovation projects demonstrate that the knowledge graph-based approach enhances collaboration, promotes knowledge sharing, and improves the teams' innovation capabilities and competitiveness. This method offers a fresh perspective for cultivating college student innovation teams, addressing the limitations of traditional practices.
