AgroShield: IoT-based Smart Farm Protection with Animal Intrusion Detection

This research study proposes a Smart Farm Protection System with Animal Detection, "AgroShield" to detect any intrusion in the farm and saving the farm from animals and any unauthorized person by reducing the loss for farmers. The proposed system ensures real-time monitoring and alerts, allowing farmers to take timely action and minimize crop damage. AgroShield employs IR sensors to detect animal movement, triggering an alert via a buzzer and mobile notification. A GSM module sends warnings to farmers, enabling intervention if the animal is not deterred by the alarm. By utilizing an Arduino UNO microcontroller, AgroShield offers an efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solution to enhance farm security, addressing key challenges in agriculture related to efficiency and sustainability.
