Efficient Power Control System for the Induction Heating System

Today, it is important to increase the energy efficiency of industrial devices, including induction heating systems. Optimization of the control process allows increasing the efficiency of the induction heating system. This process includes power regulation. The authors analyzed the most effective methods of power regulation of resonant induction heating systems. Among the studied methods, the method of dense-pulse modulation was chosen as the most effective. The authors proposed a mathematical model that increases the efficiency of this control method, and also created a program for the microcontroller that regulates power according to specified patterns.
