Study of Energy Parameters of Submersible Electric Motor at Maximum Deviations of Electromagnetic Parameters of Rotor Packages

The paper is dedicated to the study of energy characteristics of a submersible electric motor at maximum deviations of electromagnetic parameters of its rotor packages. Substantiated that the submersible electric motor belongs to the class of multi-motor electric drives. Design and functional features of the submersible electric motor similar to the multi-motor electric drive are revealed. Approach used in modeling of a submersible electric motor allows us to represent the analyzed motor as a set of elementary electrical machines. The distinctive feature of their functioning is stator winding, electrically connected in series, common mechanical shaft, and common electromagnetic system. In this case, the character of interaction and mutual influence of elementary electric machines essentially differs from processes in classical multi-motor electric drives. It is shown that integral energy parameters of submersible electric motor and parameters of elementary electric machines differ significantly. The research methodology is built on the basic theoretical principles of experiment design ways. Study of influence of maximum deviations of electromagnetic parameters of rotor packages is carried out in the range of $\pm 25\%$, relative to nominal values. In the computational experiment the integral and local energy parameters of submersible electric motors are fixed. It was revealed that integral energy parameters of the assembled submersible motor do not explicitly carry information about local energy parameters.
