AI-Driven Transformation of HR: Enhancing Recruitment, Training, and Employee Retention

The paper introduces a new AI solution known as the Resume Analyzer which is developed to support HR functions through recruitment, training and job sustainability with the K-Nearest Neighbors. The Resume Analyzer analyses text data from job adverts as well as resumes before giving candidates scores based on how well they meet specific requirements in their respective fields hence making it easier for one to sift through many applicants quickly. After testing on various datasets which showed that its accuracy rate was 97.4%, 97% in terms of precision and F1 score of 86%. Methodology consists of meticulous training across 25 job domains using a large number of resumes to ensure robustness and applicability in different industries. Not only does this AI-driven method speed up recruitment processes, but it also boosts job-candidate matching thus leading to long-term job placements. It has various HR applications that make it useful for recruitment purposes as well as talent management, staff training activities or workforce planning; hence scalability is guaranteed in these areas. The system is a good tool for companies that want to improve their human resource strategies by ensuring that they are efficient and effective in managing staff.
