A compact, X-band Multi channel Down converter with integrated Transmit & Calibration block

A compact X-band Multi channel Down converter is proposed here which has the integrated transmit and Calibration block which provides excellent isolation required for the calibration process of the any RADAR system. This module provide very high gain, and has inbuilt MSTC which enables the down converter to work in high clutter power environment without going into saturation. Module was designed & validated successfully to meet all the critical specifications. Reliability prediction was also performed using part count method & MTBF is predicted to 9743Hrs in ground fixed environment.
