The Role of Human Resources Management in Enhancing Employee Performance (A Case Study in Banagas Company, Kingdom of Bahrain)

The current study intends to examine the role of Human Resources Management (HRM) practices, including training, recruiting, and incentives, on the performance of employees within Banagas Company, situated in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The data collection process included the use of a quantitative research methodology, whereby standardized questionnaires were delivered to a representative sample of staff. A regression analysis was conducted on the data in order to ascertain the relationships between the independent factors, namely training, recruiting, and incentives, and the dependent variable, which is employee performance. The results demonstrate substantial beneficial relationships among the three human resource management (HRM) practices, and employee performance. Among these practices, training has the most significant influence, followed by incentives and recruiting. The findings emphasize the crucial importance of customized training programs and systematically designed incentive schemes in improving employee performance. The implementation of recruitment methods is crucial in guaranteeing the acquisition of personnel who possess a strong alignment with the business culture and objectives. The research findings indicate that the implementation of a comprehensive human resource management (HRM) approach, which incorporates these practices within a unified strategy, has the potential to greatly enhance employee performance. The results of this study provide a valuable contribution to the current body of literature by presenting empirical data within the Middle Eastern setting. Additionally, these findings give practical insights for human resource management (HRM) practitioners who want to enhance their tactics in order to achieve improved organizational outcomes. Furthermore, this study also addresses the limitations and provides suggestions for further research.
