Algorithm for User Profile Construction on New Media Platforms Driven by Artificial Intelligence

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify a user portrait construction algorithm based on new media platform, which combines advanced artificial intelligence technology. With the rapid development of new media, users are faced with massive information and content, so the demand for personalized service and recommendation is increasing. As a core technology, user portrait construction can capture users’ interests, characteristics and behaviors from multi-source data, and provide support for personalized recommendation, advertising positioning and other applications. Through a series of experiments, this study deeply verified the effectiveness of the proposed AI-based user portrait construction algorithm and feature engineering strategy. The experimental results show that appropriate feature engineering methods and models play a key role in the high-quality construction of user portraits. These findings provide strong support for the new media platform to realize more personalized and intelligent user experience and service. This study not only emphasizes the core role of feature engineering in the construction of user portraits based on AI, but also pays attention to the importance of data quality and privacy protection. Through the experimental verification, it provides practical guidance and profound insights for the construction of user portraits in the new media field, and shows the potential of the algorithm in improving the accuracy and efficiency of user portraits.
