Research on the Construction of AI-based Enterprise Centralized purchasing Supply Chain Platform

Currently, the procurement of large state-owned enterprises still lacks transparency, and there is no effective sharing of supplier resources. There is also a lack of unified supervision of the procurement business of the group and its subsidiaries. Traditional information technology means are difficult to solve the overall problems in centralized purchasing supply chains. This paper proposes a construction scheme of an AI-based enterprise centralized purchasing supply chain platform to achieve precise evaluation of the procurement process, supervise internal procurement processes, and form interconnected collaboration among various business links in the supply chain. Finally, through the practical application of the Beitou centralized purchasing supply chain platform, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme were verified.
