Automatic Liquid Level Control of Two Tank System using PLC

This paper presents a comprehensive study on the effective management of liquid levels in industrial settings is crucial for ensuring operational safety, productivity, and resource conservation. The water level control problem is a common issue in the industry, which has been thoroughly examined in various studies. This paper specifically concentrates on developing and executing a water level control system based on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The paper has one main goal designing the PLC- based control model for tank level control for a couple of tank systems. This paper is centered on the deployment of a MIMO as well as SISO liquid level monitoring system utilizing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technologies to develop a sophisticated control system that can accurately measure and regulate liquid levels in tanks or containers. Sensors are utilized to collect precise level data, which is then processed by the PLC to activate control mechanisms. PLC can provide a user-easy control interface.
