Structure-Sound Field Coupling Calculation and Characteristic Analysis of Hollow Reactor

Dry hollow reactor is widely used in power system because of its simple structure, high linearity and light weight. As the main noise source in the converter station, the noise generation principle of the dry hollow flat wave reactor is different from converter transformesr and high voltage shunt reactors, which is mainly generated by the coil vibration caused by the interaction of DC current and harmonic current. Its sound pressure level can generally achieve 70 dB (A) and more. Due to its proximity to the factory boundary, it is easy to cause the factory boundary to exceed the standard. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the mechanism, characteristics and control measures of noise generation. Based on vibration mode theory and harmonious response analysis theory, this paper studies the theoretical method of dynamic excitation-response vibration simulation model of dry hollow flat wave reactor, establishes the coupling simulation model of hollow reactor structure-sound field, studies the overall noise of reactor and the noise characteristics and correlation characteristics of each component, and studies the vibration generation and propagation characteristics. It provides theoretical basis and reference for guiding noise reduction design of hollow reactor.
