Research on Cascade Control System of Dual Tank Based on Integral Separation PID

The control system of double tank is widely used in the industrial field. This paper makes a deep research on the control system of double tank. Firstly, based on the mathematical model of the double tank, three control schemes are designed in this paper. Through Simulink simulation, it is found that the cascade control system based on integral separation PID has the best performance in control effect. Then, based on this model, this paper designs a control system with PLC as the core, and realizes the programming of standardized input and output, filtering, masters and auxiliary controllers and non-disruptive switching module of the control system, and designs the login and operation interface of the human-computer interaction interface. Finally, the control system is applied to the actual two-capacity water tank, and its excellent control effect and anti-interference ability are verified by parameter tuning. This study provides a valuable reference for the improvement of the control system of dual tank, which is helpful to the overall performance of the system and automatic water leveling.
