A Review on Scalable Cell-Free Massive MIMO with Learning Approach

Cell-Free Massive MIMO is a system where geo-graphically distributed access points (APs) collaborate to provide synchronized joint transmission to users, offering advantages such as ubiquitous coverage and enhanced user performance. This system has the potential to maximize spectral efficiency (SE) and ensure proportional fairness, but it also faces scalability problems due to its distributed nature. Accordingly, this paper investigates various methods to address the scalability issues that arise in Cell-Free Massive MIMO systems.
