Smart Control Design Battery Charger with Sampling Method for Lithium-Ion

In accordance with its various advantages, Lithiumion batteries are widely used as secondary batteries (rechargeable batteries). The smart charging method will be applied according to the characteristics of the factory. The charging voltage and current are determined by the Sampling Method, where the voltage is monitored periodically during the charging process according to the specific needs of the battery used. This technique ensures that the voltage remains at a safe position, optimizes the charging speed, and prevents excess current that can damage the charged battery. Experimental activities were carried out to validate the proposed method, testing battery charging at three capacity levels: therefore the percentage of 0% as the case of battery capacity in the uncharged position, 50% as the case of half-charged battery capacity and in transition to full, and 80% as the case of full battery capacity will be used in this study. Experiments have shown deviation values of 0.040818, 0.00333, and 0.0087 for each competency level as explained below. These deviations correlate PPC in terms of capacity value, meaning that the ratio is proportional. These findings indicate that the Sampling Method provides a good solution to address the resistance changes as useful evidence for smart charging strateaies.
