Research on the Control Characteristics of Three Types of Coil type Electromagnetic Launcher

To investigate whether the sleeve armature, induction coil armature, and direct fed coil armature of three electromagnetic emitters have the same control law, the McKinney analysis method was used to establish the control equations of the three systems, and the control equations were organized into the same structure. The finite element analysis method was used to establish the finite element models of the three systems, and the motion process of the three systems was calculated through the control equations and finite element models. The results showed that the calculated values of the two models were basically the same, verifying the accuracy of the models and proving that although the configurations of the three systems were different, they had the same control law.
