Summary of Working Group 5: Beams Sources, Monitoring and Control

This paper presents a brief summary of the contributions to Working Group 5 (WG5): Beam Sources, Monitoring, and Control. This working group was part of the 2022 Advanced Accelerator Concepts Workshop that took place in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York. WG5 covered a broad range of topics from generation and acceleration of various species of charged particles, to new techniques in diagnostics and control of said beams.
