Crypto-Coding Method Based on the Components of Turbo Code

In this research, we suggest a crypto-coding technique based on the Turbo code to encrypt audio files transmitted over the wireless channel. To do this purpose, the secret key generated from the wireless channel properties is applied to control the interleaved and punctured components of the Turbo code at the same time. The proposed crypto-coding method is performed to assess the bit error rate (BER) efficiency and audio encryption performance. The proposed crypto-coding method is employed to the Single-Input Single-Output (SISO) systems through the Rayleigh channel. The results obtained from MATLAB simulation prove that the BER efficiency is proportional to the key lengths. In addition, this proposed cryptocoding method gives a high-security level in terms of audio encryption.
