Innovative Sewage Treatment of Villa Residences: A Circular Economy Perspective

Households and businesses discharge sewage water. It comprises a substantial quantity of both organic and inorganic materials. It must thus be treated before being released into the environment. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) eliminates pathogens, organic and inorganic pollutants from wastewater. The proposed work focused on wastewater recycling and used for several utilities such as Garden irrigation, automobile washing, sanitation and etc. in individual villa flats. This research work aims to create the prototype to design an STP for individual villa residences which gives appropriate information about the treated water usage in above mentioned applications to achieve circular economy (Recycle and Reuse).
