RF Front-end Integrated Circuits with Dual-Band Antenna for System Control Receiver

An integrated RF receiver circuit design has been fabricated in tsmc CMOS processing. The dual-band front-end design consists of cascode and distributed low noise amplifier (LNA), the 3^rd order Gm-C loop bandpass passive filter, gilbert cell double balance mixer with passive balun and LC-tank voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). The evaluation results dual-band integrated design applying for RF front-end receiver application is reported and performance on probing station. Experimental results of the RF integrated circuits for dual-band receiver exhibit radiation pattern with the proposed antenna at anechoic chamber room. The proposed article received system control by RF front-end for artificial intelligence applications.
