Study of Power System Flexibility Enhancement Strategies for a High Percentage of Renewable Energy Sources

This paper focuses on the flexibility enhancement strategy of a high percentage renewable energy power system. First, the basic theory and evaluation system of power system flexibility are analyzed, and then the composition and optimization strategy of flexibility resources are discussed. Second, it analyzes the changes and challenges of system characteristics caused by the high proportion of renewable energy access and proposes a coordinated planning and enhancement technology path for flexibility resources. Finally, specific policy recommendations and implementation paths are given, emphasizing the need to build a market mechanism for flexibility resources and improve planning and implementation strategies.
