Wind-Solar-Pumped Storage Coordinated Optimization Scheduling Method Based on Generalized Nash Game

In view of the randomness, volatility and subject differences faced by the coordinated operation of the joint system composed of wind power, photovoltaic and pumped storage, a two-stage stochastic optimization scheduling method is proposed. In the first stage, the uncertainty of wind and solar power output is considered, and a multi-agent collaborative energy management model taking into account power trading is established based on the scenario analysis method to achieve the optimal scheduling of energy; in the second stage, an electricity price clearing model based on non-cooperative game is established, and the transaction settlement is determined by solving the generalized Nash equilibrium. Finally, a simulation study of the actual wind-solar-small pumped storage system is carried out. The results show that while effectively dealing with the uncertainty of renewable energy generation, the proposed joint operation model based on non-cooperative game can effectively solve the conflict of interests among wind-solar-storage multi-agents. Through power trading, the benefits of wind power, photovoltaic and pumped storage are increased by 1692.44 $\yen$, 821.36 $\yen$ and 1322.15 $\yen$ respectively.
