Electrical Loads of Charging Infrastructure for Electric Vehicles Integrated into Electrical Installations of Residential and Public Buildings

One of the problems that affects the distribution of charging stations for electric vehicles is the risk of increasing the load on electrical networks. In this context, the topic of the research work becomes relevant, since, as practice shows, there is a problem of discrepancy between the calculated electrical loads during design and their actual values during operation of facilities. The need to conduct research work is associated with the lack of methods for determining the calculated loads of charging stations for electric vehicles integrated into the infrastructure of public buildings in regulatory documents. In 2024, amendments were made to the regulatory document SP 256.1325800.2016, which make it possible to calculate the capacity of the charging infrastructure integrated into residential buildings, but additional costs for the technological connection of electric charging stations in the residential sector are not justified, due to the fact that the daily schedule of the electrical load of an apartment building has a clearly expressed decline in electricity consumption at night, which coincides with the time of charging an electric car in the house. To date, a large database of electric vehicle charging sessions throughout the country has been formed. Data on electric vehicle charging sessions made it possible to create a schedule for distributing charging sessions by time of day and, when superimposed on the schedule of electrical loads of kindergartens, schools, clinics and sports complexes, to obtain corresponding standard values, on the basis of which to prepare proposals for amending regulatory documents.
