Forest Fire Smoke Detection in Outdoor Camera Images Using Convolutional Neural Networks

Forest fires are a threat to nature and human health, especially in an era of global warming. Their early detection is the key to effective control because once a forest fire reaches a certain size, when it is difficult to control. Coiled neural networks are specialized artificial neural networks that are state-of-the-art for image recognition tasks. Therefore, by investigating them it is possible to create trainable models that can be applied to the problem of forest fire detection to improve the performance of existing systems. This paper investigates the existing works in this area.
