Mathematical Modeling of Rural 0.4 kV Electric Networks Using the Method of Phase Coordinates: Modeling and Analysis

Ensuring the stability of power supply to consumers directly depends on maintaining the required level of quality of electric energy. Before the construction of a new electric network or reconstruction, as well as any change in the parameters of the electric network, it is necessary to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed solution by means of a mathematical model of the electric network. The previously considered mathematical model of an electric network using the method of phase coordinates for calculating the voltage regulation coefficient allows calculating from the load to the power transformer, which does not allow us to find out how the values of currents and voltages of consumers will change as they move away from the transformer. The article discusses the use of a new approach to the application of the phase coordinate method, where the calculation is carried out from the beginning of the line and allows you to calculate voltage deviations at different points of the power grid. The main advantage of the phase coordinate method is the ability to maintain high accuracy of calculation results when calculating asymmetric modes of operation of electric networks. Using the example of an electric network, calculations were performed using the direct and reverse method (from the end of the line).
