Research on Innovative Paths of Educational and Teaching Management Based on Information Technology

With the development of information technology and network communication, education and teaching have gradually become prevalent in enhancing quality and effectiveness through the empowerment of information technology, which is exerting an increasingly prominent revolutionary force in the innovative development of educational and teaching management. To further investigate the innovative paths of current modern educational and teaching management, this study focuses on the educational and teaching management aimed at cultivating information-based teaching capabilities among pre-service teachers. It explores how to enhance these capabilities through information technology. Based on survey data from graduates of three normal universities in Province S, this paper analyzes the existing issues in the educational and teaching management practices aimed at improving pre-service teachers' information-based teaching capabilities, including those related to personnel, facilities, curricula, mechanisms, and the overall educational environment and atmosphere. According to the analysis of survey results, pre-service teachers lack sufficient support in terms of personnel and curricula for enhancing their information-based teaching capabilities, necessitating further improvement in educational and teaching management measures at all levels. Based on the problems identified in the research, innovative strategies for educational and teaching management grounded in information technology are proposed, which are more conducive to enhancing pre-service teachers' future information-based teaching capabilities. This study provides valuable references for cultivating pre-service teachers who can adapt to the development of the new era and enhancing their competencies.
