Cloud-Based Application to Facilitate Employee Voice in IT Companies

Cloud-based technology is becoming prevalent in offices as firms seek to increase productivity and improve accessibility. The key strategy to enhance employee engagement and organisational involvement is listening to employees. Employee voice refers to how employees communicate with their employers and influence workplace decisions. This paper investigates the implementation and potential advantages of a cloud-based feedback management system intended to promote and enhance employee voice in organisations. The study collected primary data by conducting semi-structured interviews with 48 employees from IT companies based in India. The authors selected 7–8 employees from different organisations with different perspectives on cloud-based applications. The authors have also introduced the cloud-based employee voice model for implementing and advancing the feedback process in organisations. This model will help organisations to increase employee engagement, satisfaction and overall organisational performance.
