Characterization of Interference Caused by Household Apparatus

The development of more and more complex electronic Systems working at low energy level results in a higher sensibility to a large range of interferences with a broad frequency spectrum (0 - 300 MHz). To improve the immunity of such installations working in a perturbed environment it is necessary to detect the interference and to determine its waveform, the statistics of its presence and, if possible, its origin. The present paper shows the waveform of certain typical perturbations with a broad frequency spectrum which may be encountered in the interference suppression process of household device.
