A Bandgap Voltage Reference Circuit Using Only One Transistor for Start-Up Circuit

A highly precise CMOS bandgap voltage reference circuit has been designed and implemented in this paper. In the circuit, the start-up problem is solved without using any start-up circuit. Thus the voltage reference circuit has much simplifier structure and layout implementation compared to traditional voltage reference circuit, also the circuit in this paper has great advantages in the size and power. In condition that FPFN, TPTN, FPSN, SPFN, SPSN, changes in temperature from -25 ° C to 125 ° C and in supply voltage from 2.2 V to 3.3 V, the simulation result showed that the accuracy of the voltage reference circuit is from 1.200-0.0026 V to 1.200+0.0015 V.
