Research on PCI Planning Based on Particle Swarm Algorithm

In recent years, with the 5G to 6G communication layout, the strategic position of PCI planning is becoming more and more important. In order to solve the PCI planning problem considering priority, an improved particle swarm algorithm PCI planning model based on TLB priority is established. The model takes the minimization of the product of the sum of the MR values of conflict, confusion and mode 3 interference and the TLB priority vector $k=[k_{1},k_{2},k_{3}]$ as the objective function, constructs the allocation PCI unique constraints, the allocation threshold constraints, and the updating constraints; this paper sets the parameters of $k_{1} > k_{2} > k_{3}$ as $k_{1}=0.6,k_{2}=0.3, k_{3}=0.1$, and adds the TLB priority sorting strategy in the step of IPSO iteration. The optimal value of the sum of MR values is 2,780.9 million, which is optimized by 14.72% through MATLAB solution.
