Topology and Coordinated Operation Control Strategy of Vehicle-Mounted Multienergy Energy Router

As intelligent energy management devices, energy routers can enhance the integration of commercial vehicle power supply systems and improve the utilization rate of transportation energy. A vehicle-mounted multienergy energy router is proposed. Compared with the existing topologies of the vehicle power supply systems, the proposed system can simplify the topology and reduce design costs. In addition, a hierarchical control of current is proposed to balance the vehicle’s electrical demand and reliability. To further achieve autonomous and flexible energy allocation and improve the comprehensive utilization of energy, a fuzzy coordinated operation control strategy considering energy recovery is proposed. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed vehicle-mounted multienergy energy router can achieve the coexistence of various forms of energy in the vehicle. The topology and control method proposed in this article takes into account the energy recovery link. Compared with the existing commercial vehicle power supply system and control strategy, it can increase the source type of energy while driving. Based on the current diesel market price, the proposed scheme can save 0.33 L/h of diesel consumption under the same demand for providing electricity.
