Design of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Monitoring System Based on STM32

This paper presents the design of a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) power monitoring system based on the STM32 microcontroller, aimed at achieving real-time monitoring of UPS power status and precise analysis of performance parameters. The design of the system encompasses both hardware circuit construction and software algorithm development to ensure stable and reliable collection and processing of key parameters such as voltage, current, power, and temperature.The hardware component of the system uses the STM32F105RBT6 as the main control chip, in conjunction with external sensors and circuit modules, to realize data acquisition and preliminary processing. Additionally, key information is displayed in real-time through an LCD screen, and LED indicators are used to reflect the normalcy of the power status. The software component includes the development of efficient monitoring algorithms capable of rapid and accurate data computation, and supports features such as data storage, historical browsing, and fault alarms.Through rigorous testing and performance evaluation, the system has been proven to maintain good monitoring accuracy and system stability under various working conditions. Furthermore, the system exhibits good scalability and user-friendliness, allowing for the addition of more functions according to practical needs. This research is significant for enhancing the efficient monitoring and management of UPS power systems and advancing the intelligent development in related fields.
