WG E1: Issues in Spectrum Management/ Utilization and Wireless Telecommunications

This report summarizes issues relevant to the activities of the URSI working group E1 that come to the attention of its two co-chairmen. The report covers the period since the last meeting of Commission E (held at the Fifteenth International Wroclaw Symposium and Exhibition on Electromagnetic Compatibility, Wroclaw, Poland, June 27-30, 2000). The earlier period was covered by the report published in [1].
