Research on Low Power Factor Standard Device Based on Sampling Method

With the proposal and implementation of the national "dual carbon" goals, the power system dominated by traditional power generation methods is gradually transforming into a new power system dominated by new energy, and low power factor is one of its typical characteristics. This paper mainly focuses on the application scenarios of low power factor in power systems, studies the power measurement standard device based on the sampling method, and proposes a wide-band voltage divider, a wide-band shunt and a dual-channel vector voltage analyzer device and a method for accurate phase measurement. A wide-band resistor divider and a squirrel cage shunt are used in this paper, and the phase error of the dual- channel vector voltage analyzer is experimentally analyzed. The overall system provides a high-precision measurement method for complex scenarios of power detection under low power factor.
