Automatic Verification of Smart Substation SCD Configuration and Virtual Terminal Blocks

In smart substations, there are many virtual terminal connections. Currently, the correctness of these connections is checked one by one manually, which not only requires a large amount of work but also makes it easy to miss or make mistakes, thereby posing safety risks to the operation and expansion of smart substations. This paper proposes an automatic verification technology for the information model of the secondary system of an intelligent substation, by building a typical expert database to realize automatic verification of SCD configuration files, virtual circuits, and differentiation, thus ensuring the safe operation of an intelligent substation.
