Looking Back: Swiss EMC Symposia 1975-1993

The 1993 International Zurich Symposium and Technical Exhibition on Electromagnetic Compatibility is the tenth event in a series of biennial conferences beginning in 1975. Over a time span of twenty years, many things change. People come and go, and with them information gets lost. Who still knows how it was in 1971 when the possibility of holding an EMC meeting in Switzerland was first considered?
